Sonder Event Terms & Conditions & Liability Disclaimer

1. Attendance & Assumption of Risk

Attendance at the Event is voluntary. You acknowledge that participation may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property. You attend the Event at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Color Outside The Lines LTD, its directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, injury, or damage sustained by attendees during or in connection with the Event;
• Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of earnings or personal belongings;
• The acts or omissions of other attendees or third parties.

3. Personal Responsibility & Conduct

Attendees are responsible for their own behaviour and safety at all times. Unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

Color Outside The Lines LTD reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee without refund if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.

4. Alcohol & Substance Use

Where alcohol is available or consumed, attendees must comply with all applicable UK laws, including age restrictions. Attendees consume alcohol at their own risk.

Color Outside The Lines LTD accepts no responsibility for incidents arising from alcohol or substance consumption before, during, or after the Event.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Attendees are responsible for managing their own health and medical needs. This includes any allergies, existing medical conditions, or physical limitations.

Color Outside The Lines LTD does not accept liability for illness, allergic reactions, or medical emergencies occurring at the Event.

6. Third-Party Venues & Vendors

The Event may take place at a third-party venue or involve third-party suppliers. Color Outside The Lines LTD is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or safety standards of such venues or vendors.

7. Photography, Filming & Media Use

The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, and likeness in any media for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes by Color Outside The Lines LTD, without compensation.

If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform a member of staff at the Event.

8. Ticketing, Refunds & Changes

Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Color Outside The Lines LTD reserves the right to:

• Make reasonable changes to the Event schedule, speakers, or venue;
• Postpone or cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including safety concerns, venue issues, or force majeure.

In the event of cancellation, liability is limited to the face value of the ticket.

9. Force Majeure

Color Outside The Lines LTD shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, or public safety concerns.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
